Martin Hiles
Chief Executive Officer
Martin founded BusinessSolve in 2001 and has played a key role in the development of BusinessSolve’s core products and services. He has led the company through continuous year on year growth and profitability, expanding its operations to North America in 2007 and Australia in 2009.
Martin has over 20 years experience of delivering software solutions working with a number of solution providers including Frontrange Solutions, Kildrummy Technologies and MRO Software.
Prior to moving into the software industry, Martin qualified as an Electronic Engineer working within Nuclear Medicine.
Martin is Chairman of Deepcut Community Football Club playing in the Surrey Primary League.
Nigel Reading
Director of Business Development
Nigel joined BusinessSolve in 2001 and has been responsible for the company’s World Wide Business Development and continues to deliver increasing sales revenues year on year.
With over 20 years in sales, channel sales, alliance development, and executive management positions, Nigel brings to the company a wealth of partner and customer facing experience, in both start-ups and large multinational organisations.
Nigel holds a Private Pilots License and is an enthusiastic member of British Airways Flying Club
Huw Davies
Director of Product Development
Huw joined BusinessSolve in 2002 and has been responsible for the architecture, design and planning of the products and technologies that form the core of BusinessSolve's solutions today. Huw’s open minded and forward thinking approach to this role has resulted in some truly inspirational offerings. It is Huw’s philosophy to continually further BusinessSolve's solutions.
Huw has over 12 years experience of commercial software product development. Prior to joining BusinessSolve Huw spent many years working with MAXIMO a leading Asset Maintenance Management System where he enjoyed the notoriety of being the preferred technical consultant of project leaders and clients alike.
In his spare time Huw races a car of his own construction in the 750 Formula championship.
Dave Clarke
Client Services Manager
Dave joined BusinessSolve in 2005 and is responsible for service delivery to BusinessSolve's global customers, encompassing solution implementation, product education and customer support. As part of the BusinessSolve management team Dave’s focus is on efficient operations and on customer satisfaction.
Dave has been working within IT delivering customer solutions for over 20 years, across various technology platforms and market industries. Prior to joining BusinessSolve Dave was a Senior Programmer at PCF, responsible for product development, and prior to this an IT Project Manager at Marconi Space Systems responsible for development and implementation of their internal project management systems.
Dave’s main hobby is wildlife photography which takes him and his wife to far off lands photographing the natural world.
